custom [ two ] startup


The 'custom' [ two ] startup package is ideal for any startup or established business requiring a new 'brand identity', unique logo design and essential stationery to get started.


This is a custom startup design service including a made-to-order 'Logo', 'Business Card', 'Letterhead', 'With Comps Slip', 'Email Signature', 'Notepad', 'Invoice', 'Envelope', 'Presentation Folder' & 'Three Social Banners or Social Posts' complete with new artwork set at your specific requirements (any trademarks or images must be supplied by client).

[ This package includes everything in 'custom [ one ] startup' package & three social media banners or social posts with the option to an add one to three website banners. Select either 'without any add ons' or 'with one, two or three website banners' below images, above. ]


This service does include the following edits.

  • Any business card and notepad size.
  • Available for any business across all sectors.
  • Custom design - both front and back of business card.
  • Choice of fonts, text, copy, borders and background colour/s.
  • Incorporating new logo or any existing logo, corporate colours, trademark, images, fonts, phone number/s, street and/or postal address, email, website, socials, tagline etc.
  • This service is designed to meet your brands specific needs (image displayed above is a sample only and may appear blurry due to copyright protection - your artwork will be high-resolution print quality).  


This service does not include the following;

  • No illustration or photographic tasks (logo requiring specific hand drawn, painted, 3D, illustration, photography etc. must contact us prior to placing order for a more accurate fee according to additional artistic or photographic requirements).
  • No images (due to legal restrictions, we may only include images/photos supplied by client - you may contact us if you would like to explore image options).

Client will need to submit the following items for this service;

  • High-resolution of  artwork as a .PSD or .JPG format any images / photos / trademark required for task.
  • Complete details of information to be included in logo, stationery, socials etc.
  • Your printers specific artwork requirements/specifications to set artwork.
  • All artwork, material and details to be submitted online as per our instructions.


Once we have received your images and details, we will create your custom logo, business card, letterhead, with comps slip, email signature, notepad, invoice, envelope, presentation folder, social banners and any requested website banner/s and you will receive the following items from us;

  • Your high-resolution custom artwork as a .PSD and .JPG format of your new logo, business card, with comps slip, notepad, invoice, envelope, presentation folder (set to your printers specifications or standard specs with print bleed).
  • Your email signature, social banners and any website banner/s will be emailed as it will be a digital format only.
  • All artwork, material and details will be submitted online as per our instructions.


  • Please ensure contact details are correct as we will contact you to complete your order (should you not hear from us within 24hours, please email us directly).
  • Once we have received your order, we will contact you to submit your details.
  • We will also ask you to submit a list of all the essential elements to be included in your artwork.

Following, are some not so exciting details just to make sure you know exactly what to expect from us and we can all get on with doing what we love to do.


  • We will create the first initial logo draft within 7 business days from the date we receive all requested material including your trademark and any additional information/images etc.
  • Completed edits will be forward in a (.jpg or .pdf) file format via email to view and approve.
  • We allow a maximum of 3 adjustments per stated item should we need to make any revisions to the original requested artwork (e.g. a little lighter or darker colour, word/number change etc.)
  • Further edits/changes will incur an additional fee as per our hourly rate.
  • This service is for digital files only and does not include any physical product. We will email you all your products and you will manage any third party such as printer, etc. (Should you wish us to discuss details with your printer or third party, please add a 'custom [ hour ] edit via link.
  • This service does not include any printing of any kind.


  • We do not correspond or discuss any artwork/material with any printer or third party. Therefore, it is the responsibility of client submitting details to ensure you inform us of the correct specifications your printer requires for your project.
  • We do not take any responsibility for incorrectly submitted artwork specifications/requirements, it is the responsibility of the client submitting the task to supply us with the correct information.
  • We do not accept any responsibility for any images or content submitted for the task. It is solely the client's responsibility to ensure that they have a legal right to use the image/content/material submitted for their project.
  • Any project we need to redo due to incorrect information will be charged as a separate project and charged for accordingly.


  • Once we receive your order, the client will have 5 business days to submit the requested information. If we do not receive the requested information or instructions within this period, we will cancel the order.
  • Please note that we do not refund cancelled orders. We will try to contact the client via supplied contact details and if we don't receive a response, we will cancel the order without a refund.
  • Incomplete or unusable images/details/artwork submitted to us will not be considered a 'custom' start-up design and will incur a 'custom' project or hourly rate dependent on time required to complete task.
