Print Design
DESCRIPTION
All custom print design services come complete with new artwork set at specified requirements.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
This service does include the following edits:
- Specified size for selected product/item.
- Available to any business across all sectors.
- Choice of content, fonts, images, colours etc.
- Digital delivery of all concepts, drafts & final artworks.
- Artwork set at standard print or digital size, unless specified.
- Incorporating your logo, branding, message, trademark, tagline etc.
- Custom designed layout & artwork will be created as per supplied brief.
- Template designs remain same size & layout as displayed, no re-design).
- This service is designed to meet your brands unique & specific needs.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
This service does not include the following:
- No logo design (existing logo and/or trademark is required - excluding 'custom logo design' service).
- No images (due to legalities, we may only include 'free' to use images or images supplied by the client - we can assist with image options).
- No size change - (let us know if you require an alternative product size for any additional fee).
- No illustration or photographic tasks (product requiring specific hand drawn, painted, 3D, illustration, photography etc. must contact us prior to placing order for fee adjustment according to additional artistic or photographic requirements).
- No printed material (all artworks delivered digitally).
DIGITAL
Digital Design
DESCRIPTION
Some digital design services, such as social banners & posts come complete with new web-resolution artwork set at specified custom or template design depending on selected product. Shopify, websites & other digital content will be uploaded directly onto platform.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
This service does include the following edits:
- Specified size for selected product/item.
- Available to any business across all sectors.
- Choice of content, fonts, images, colours etc.
- Digital delivery of all concepts, drafts & final artworks.
- Images, product shots & artwork set at standard digital size.
- Incorporating your logo, branding, message, trademark, tagline etc.
- Custom designed artwork will be created as per supplied brief (template designs will be updated with client's content, all template layouts & designs remain as per displayed).
- This service is designed to meet your brands unique & specific needs.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
This service does not include the following:
- No logo design (existing logo and/or trademark is required - excluding 'custom logo design' service).
- No images (due to legalities, we may only include 'free' to use images or images supplied by the client - we can assist with image options).

All our Shopify services include either a 'free' basic or 'paid' premium official Shopify theme (directly from Shopify, no third parties, to ensure your site is supported for the duration of your hosting).

Custom GoDaddy website installation service including set up and customisation of selected GoDaddy theme from official GoDaddy website (no third parties).

All our GoDaddy services include a premium official GoDaddy theme (directly from GoDaddy, no third parties, to ensure your site is supported for the duration of your hosting).

IMPORTANT NOTE
Please hit link to view Shopify TERMS & conditions, FEES & GoDaddy TERMS & conditions, FEES & pricing prior to completing your order. This is an agreement between yourself (the business owner) & Shopify or GoDaddy, we are the third party assisting you with your Shopify or GoDaddy install & design only, we do not accept any responsibility for the ongoing Shopify or GoDaddy fees (if you're unsure, please just talk to us before placing your order).

- Install, setup & ready-to-go Shopify or GoDaddy theme.
- Upload of some products or services including details & images.
- Fully functional & professional ecommerce store or static business website.
- Choice of theme featured fonts, banners, backgrounds, colours etc.
- Incorporate your existing logo, corporate colours, trademark, content, images, contact, address, email, terms, payment, shipping etc.
- Design, content & options will vary according to Shopify & GoDaddy theme and package selected (site features increase per package).
WEBSITE INCLUDES
At a minimum, includes the following:
- 5-6 Page Shopify or GoDaddy Themed Website including;
- Home Page
- About Us
- Contact Us
- Blog, Portfolio or Gallery (if theme includes)
- Terms & Conditions/Privacy
- Set Up
- Shop/Product/Service category with sub-categories.
- Products or Service images & details (up to 5 at min).
- All images will be resized to fit location on website.
- Theme fonts, colours, banners, background etc.
- Delivery & shipping rates (if applicable).
- Installation/Integration
- Existing Brand Logo.
- Payment options (Shopify Pay/Apple Pay/Google Pay or PayPal).
- Social Media (up to 2 social links - if theme includes).
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
This Shopify or GoDaddy service does not include the following:
- No domain (existing domain required, we can add a .com, .com.au or .co for one year at a fee, we will discuss what's available).
- No logo design (existing logo and/or trademark is required).
- No images (due to legalities, we may only include 'free' to use images or images supplied by the client - we can assist with image options).
- No content or graphic design services (client to supply, we can add on at fee).
- No illustration or photography tasks (we can add on at fee).
Orders
PLACE ORDER
You've found the perfect service for your project, simply:
- Click the selected service in our 'Shop'.
- 'Add to cart' and proceed to checkout.
- Insert details & any further instructions.
REQUIRED ITEMS
Client may need to submit the following items:
- High-resolution logo or trademark as a .JPG or .PNG format (excludes 'custom logo design' service).
- High-resolution of any images, photos or illustrations required for task.
- Finalised content, details, and information to be included in project.
- Any specific printer specifications or requirements for artwork.
- All artwork & content submitted online as per our instructions.
WE WILL DELIVER
Once we have received your content including details & any images, we will create your custom design and you will receive the following items from us:
- Print Material - High-resolution custom artwork as a .JPG or .PNG format of your new design (set to your printers' specs or standard print specs with bleed).
- Digital Material - Web-resolution custom artwork as .JPG or .PNG format of your new design.
- Websites - Web-resolution custom artwork, product images etc. will be loaded directly into website.
- All artwork delivered digitally.
QUICK NOTE
- Please ensure contact details are correct as we will contact you to complete your order (should you not hear from us within 24-48hours, please email us directly).
- Once we have received your order, we will contact you to discuss your project and submit any details.
- We will also ask you to submit a list of all the essential elements to be included in your design/artwork.
Following, are some not so exciting details but necessary details just to make sure you know exactly what to expect from us and we can all get on with doing what we love to do.
PAYMENT DETAILS
- We accept Credit Card, PayPal, ZIP & Direct Deposit payments.
- We also offer split payment options (via the above payment options) paid during the duration of the project.
- Final payment/s processed prior to any artwork/s or project handover to client, without exception.
- All artwork/s or project remains the property of ed-it.co until full payment has been processed and official handover has been delivered.
SERVICE DETAILS
- We will create the first initial design draft within 7 business days from the date we receive all requested material including your logo/trademark and any additional information/images etc.
- Completed edits will be forward in a (.jpg or .pdf) file format via email to view and approve.
- We allow a maximum of 3 adjustments should we need to make any revisions to the original requested artwork (e.g. a little lighter or darker colour, word/number change etc.)
- Further edits/changes will incur an additional fee as per our hourly rate.
- This service is for digital files only and does not include any physical product.
- This service does not include any printing of any kind.
ORDER TERMS
- We do not correspond or discuss any artwork/material with any printer or third party. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the client submitting details to ensure you inform us of the correct specifications your printer requires for your project.
- We do not take any responsibility for incorrectly submitted artwork specifications/requirements; it is the responsibility of the individual submitting the task to supply us with the correct information.
- Clients have 24hours to cancel an oder and receive a store credit, we do not refund (store credits must be used within 60days from date of credit with no further extensions, credits or refunds.
- We do not accept any responsibility for any images or content submitted for the task. It is solely the 'clients' responsibility to ensure that they have a legal right to use the image/content/material submitted for their project.
- Any project we need to redo due to incorrect information will be charged as a separate project and billed for accordingly.
CANCELLATIONS
- Once we receive your order, the client will have 10 business days to submit the requested information. If we do not receive the requested information or instructions within this period, we will cancel the order.
- Please note that we do not refund cancelled orders. We will attempt to contact the client via supplied contact details and if we don't receive a response, we will cancel the order without a refund.
- Incomplete or unusable images/details/artwork submitted to us will not be considered an agreed 'custom' design and will incur a 'custom' project or hourly rate depending on additional time required to complete task (such as editing, sourcing, content creation etc).
