WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
This service does not include the following;
- No domain (we will incorporate your domain name - please let us know if you would like some assistance with a new domain).
- No logo or branding graphic design services, photographs or content (client will supply logo, all images, information and content - please let us know if you would like to add on any of these services ).
- No images (due to legal restrictions, we may only include images/photos supplied by client - however we do have many images in our files which we offer free of charge, should these images not be suitable, we can explore alternative image options & fees should we need to).
Following are some Shopify costs and ongoing fees to consider;
- Shopify monthly plan to host, maintain & secure you website will start at $29USD for a startup, new business & $79USD for growing business (more options also available).Your store needs to be on the Basic Shopify plan or higher for you to sell with an online store.
- Shopify fee on each online transaction on a $29USD plan is 2.9% + $0.30 per online transaction, on a $79 plan is 2.6% + $0.30 per online transaction.
- Please go to the Shopify website and read the terms, conditions & fees prior to completing this order. This is an agreement between yourself, the business owner and Shopify, we are the third party assisting you with your Shopify design only, we do not accept any responsibility for the ongoing Shopify fees (if you're unsure, please just talk to us).
HOW TO ORDER
If, this is the ideal service for your project, simply;
- Click the selected service.
- 'Add to cart' and proceed to checkout.
- Insert details with any further instructions.
Client will need to submit the following items for this service;
- Any Shopify theme or similar that inspires you.
- Quality artwork as a .PSD, .JPG or .PNG format of existing logo/ trademark / content images / product images / photos etc required for website.
- Complete details including all information, content, logo, photos, social links, contact details, about us, our services, what we offer, blog, portfolio/gallery and any other content to be featured on website.
- All artwork, material and details to be submitted online as per our instructions.
WE WILL DELIVER
Once we have received your logo, images and details, we will start customising your Shopify store and you should expect the following from us;
- Your Shopify theme updated with your information, content and images.
- All artwork, material and details will be in digital format only and submitted online as per our instructions.
- Please ensure contact details are correct as we will contact you to complete your order (should you not hear from us within 24hours, please email us directly).
- Once we have received your order, we will contact you to submit your details.
- We will also ask you to submit a list of all the essential features and elements to be included in your website.
Following, are some not so exciting details just to make sure you know exactly what to expect from us and we can all get on with doing what we love to do.
- We will create the first initial Shopify edits within 7 business days from the date we receive all requested material including your domain, logo, trademark and any other additional content, information, images etc.
- Completed edits will be applied to your shopify store or forward in a (.jpg or .pdf) file format via email to view and approve.
- We allow a maximum of 3 adjustments per stated item should we need to make any revisions to the original requested artwork (e.g. a little lighter or darker colour, word/number change etc.)
- Further edits/changes will incur an additional fee as per our hourly digital rate.
- This service is for digital files only and does not include any physical product. We will email you all your products and you will manage any third party. (Should you wish us to discuss details with a third party, please add a 'custom [ hour ] edit via link.
- This service does not include any printing of any kind.
- We do not correspond or discuss any artwork/material/details with any third party. Therefore, it is the responsibility of client submitting details to ensure you inform us of the correct specifications for your project.
- We do not take any responsibility for incorrectly submitted artwork specifications, details, images, requirements, it is the responsibility of the client submitting the task to supply us with the correct information.
- We do not accept any responsibility for any images or content submitted for the task. It is solely the client's responsibility to ensure that they have a legal right to use the image/content/material submitted for their project.
- Any project we need to redo due to incorrect information will be charged as a separate project and charged for accordingly.
- Once we receive your order, the client will have 5 business days to submit the requested information. If we do not receive the requested information or instructions within this period, we will cancel the order.
- Please note that we do not refund cancelled orders. We will try to contact the client via supplied contact details and if we don't receive a response, we will cancel the order without a refund.
- Incomplete or unusable images/details/artwork submitted to us will not be considered a 'custom' Shopify design and will incur a 'custom' project or hourly rate dependent on time required to complete task.
